Street Food

An expression of local and traditional culture, of non-standardized, varied, fresh and seasonal tastes, Street Food is back at the Salone del Gusto to tickle its visitors’ taste buds.

Simple but delicious snacks that you will be able to enjoy while walking through the stalls of the big Market. A tensile structure between the Lingotto and Oval areas will host the best of Italian street food – from the typical cacciucco fish soup from Livorno to fresh fish fried by Stefano Bartolini according to the tradition of Romagna; from the must-eat specialties from Genoa made by Farinateria Zena Zuena to the delicacies of the Langhe area, such as agnolotti, tajarin and ravioli by Pastificio Vallebelbo. The enticing Middle East products of Kirkuk Kaffé of Turin will take you beyond the borders of Italian tastes.
