This year, the Salone del Gusto Marketplace will be opening its doors to food communities from around the world. Alongside the Slow Food Presidia and other quality international food producers, you’ll also find the farmers, fishers and cooks of the Terra Madre network.

The Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre market stalls offer a fabulous display of rare and unique products, but most importantly they give visitors a chance to interact directly with the people who made the foods, hearing their stories and learning how they promote environmentally friendly production methods and preserve natural resources, biodiversity and social justice.

Pavilions 1, 2 and 3 are dedicated to Italy, while the Oval will host producers from all five continents. Special areas will be serving Italian regional dishes, while the Terra Madre cooks will be preparing ethnic specialties and street food

The University of Gastronomic Sciences has organized personal shopping tours to introduce you to producers and reveal tips and tricks for preparing quick, healthy and delicious meals or finding good options when eating away from home.

The exhibitors have been selected in collaboration with Slow Food’s local network.
