One of the biggest innovations of this edition of the Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre can be found in the Oval: the Terra Madre Kitchen. During the five days of the event, 40 chefs will be taking their turn at the stove to prepare you specialties from their home countries, in Africa, Asia, the Middle East or Oceania.
