After Milan’s vertical gardens, we now have vertical legumes. Or at least that’s what you might call the tasting resident chef Ivan Milani will be serving up at the restaurant on the 35th floor of the Intesa Sanpaolo bank’s new skyscraper building in Turin. Ivan, in fact, will be devoting himself exclusively to Slow Food Italian Presidium legumes: from the Cortereggio piattella, a bean typical of the Canavese district north of Turin, which twists itself round corn stems, to the little chickpea from the plateau of Arcinazzo, provided by the Ancient Legumes producer community from the Simbrivio Valley. The chef’s creations will be accompanied by the white wines of Planeta of Menfi (Agrigento), in Sicily.

There will be no translation from Italian to English during this event.

Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
