On the 36th floor of the Intesa Sanpaolo bank’s new skyscraper building in Turin, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Consorteria di Spilamberto, an association dedicated to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Ivan Milani, resident chef of the Piano 35 restaurant inside the skyscraper, will use the vinegar in two dishes created especially for the occasion, while the Consorteria’s master tasters will present and describe the products of the six finalists in a special ‘super palio’.

There will be no translation from Italian to English during this event.


Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
