Discovering artisan bread, its characteristics and differences from its industrial counterpart. Come explore the world of bread through the workshops and tastings held by students of the High Apprenticeship class of The University of Gastronomic Sciences.
The event includes a tasting of some types of artisan breads.

€5 at the door (€4 Slow Food members), no reservation needed.


Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
