Despite the three Michelin stars he has won at the Piazza Duomo restaurant in Alba, we can quite confidently say that Enrico Crippa is a chef with his feet firmly planted on the ground... in his vegetable garden! Planned from the start of the Alba adventure, the garden covers more than two hectares and is cultivated biodynamically. The chef often finds inspiration for his dishes here, and it is here that he developed his belief that meat should accompany vegetables and not the other way round. The garden guides timings in the kitchen, determining the appearance on the menu of a dish that can never be entirely replicated, because the vegetables picked today will be different from those of tomorrow. Wines from Alba’s Ceretto winery will be paired with Enrico’s dishes.


Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
