The exciting American beer renaissance is bringing together brewers in a spirit of brotherhood and sincere friendship that’s part of the secret of their success. That said, it’s West Coast brewers who pride themselves most on their bold use of hops. The one and only Sam Calagione, creator of Dogfish Head in Delaware, is striving to challenge their leadership with his “continuously hopping” method (the constant addition of hops for a certain period of time) and his randall (an instrument for measuring ‘hoppiness’). In this workshop he’ll go head to head with the equally illustrious Greg Koch of Stone Brewing in Escondido, near San Diego.

Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
