For five days, over 60 chefs from the Slow Food network will be cooking for you at the Terra Madre Kitchens, in the heart of Valentino Park. There’ll be different plates served each day, and the chance to savor gastronomic cultures from across the world.

Today, in the Kitchen of the Americas, you can find:

11am-1pm: braised rabbit in agave
Chef: Esteban Tapia, Ecuador

1pm-3pm: pasta and beans
Chef: Eduardo Correa Palacios, Mexico

3pm to 5pm: sikil pak
Chef: Alejandro Magaña Pech, Mexico

5.30pm-7pm: the cuchute of the southern peoples
Chef: Ana Celiz Mendez Paredes, Venezuela

Each dish will cost between 8 and 12 euros depending on the ingredients used.

Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
