Villa Chiara–Orto e Cucina is an agriturismo in the lovely hills of Seiano near Vico Equense, in the Campania region of Southern Italy. Here, chef and pâtissière Fabiana Scarica serves country fare and seafood. At this workshop she’ll be combining the sustainably grown organic produce of her garden with a variety of pasta shapes by Di Martino of Gragnano to show how leftover and seasonal vegetables make the first courses of her native region so unique.
To drink, a selection of Franciacorta from Guido Berlucchi of Borgonato (Brescia).

Online ticket sales are now closed. During the days of the event (September 22-26), all remaining tickets will be available at the Event Reception on the ground floor of the Regione Piemonte building in Piazza Castello and at the reception of Eataly Torino Lingotto. Tickets for the conferences will also be available directly at the Carignano Theater.
