The Market of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto will come to life inside Valentino Park, along the River Po in the center of Turin. Walking the tree-lined avenues that wind through wide green spaces, you’ll discover some of the most interesting foods from around the world, meet their producers, experiment with new flavors and deepen your knowledge of the supply chain.
In Piazza San Carlo and Via Roma, you’ll find the Italian Slow Food Presidia, the leading lights of sustainable food production in the bel paese, and the pride of Slow Food.
There’ll be over 800 exhibitors taking part this year, brought together by our network. This unique occasion represents the most diverse selection of food producers in the world, and allows our visitors to taste and choose from the widest choice of foods prepared with that love for the earth that constitutes the driving motive behind the entire event.
And that’s not all! There’ll also be the presence of the food communities, bringing you the products and stories of the artisans, fishers, farmers and cooks of the Terra Madre network, who’ll participate alongside the Slow Food Presidia and the exhibitors from Italy and beyond.
Opening hours: From 10am to 7pm, every day of the event.
