The Virtuous Way
A walk towards a future of awareness
Every journey has a starting point. The Salone del Gusto’s is a Virtuous Way which will accompany the visitor-voyager through the event.
This is more than just a food fair: it is, first and foremost, a place where you can learn to choose a food product by finding out about its history, its impact on consumer health and the environment, and the important role of its producer—and hence assign the right value to food.
A walk down the Virtuous Way (Pav. 2) makes the visitor aware of the need for a better, cleaner, fairer world.

From panels and sensory experiences along a guided route, discover the world behind what we eat and learn to ‘assess’ it. Find out how cereals and fruit are grown, how cattle are raised, how to read a label.
To be co-producers is to be careful, responsible consumers, activeplayers in the food production process. |
