Enoteca
Every journey needs a good watering hole
A journey to the roots of food would not be complete without a stop at the Enoteca, a haven of quality wine for connoisseurs and beginners alike.
The stars of the show are the producers recommended by Slow Food’s Italian wine guides as the finest label from around the world, selected in collaboration with top Italian importers.
The Enoteca, situated at the heart of Salone (Pavilion 3), is made to measure for wine tasting, a snug ambience in which visitor-travelers can sit back and relax with the glass of their choice.
At the Bistro, it’s possible to accompany each glass with gastronomic titbits. Here drinkers can create their own food-wine matches with cheeses, cured meats and desserts from all over the world, specially selected by Slow Food.
