Chefs put on a show
An event within the event, the Theater of Taste— an auditorium with 60 seats, a kitchen and a giant screen—is situated in the education area in Pavilion 5. On stage Italian and foreign chefs will take turns at demonstrating how they make their hallmark dishes. Here you can taste each recipe, matched with labels from the Italian Wines guide, from the comfort of your seat.
