Conferences
The conferences at the 2010 Salone offer a full exploration of the “food += places” theme, looking at the many aspects of the relationship between what we eat and where it was made. The food that arrives in our markets and on our tables tells many stories about people and places. Structured as panel discussions, these conferences will offer insights into these stories and the crucial issues facing our current food system.
