Slow Wine Bank
New for 2010, Slow Wine and the Wine Bank (Slow Food’s prestigious historical cellar) combine in an exclusive enoteca within an enoteca, where wine fans and connoisseurs can choose from over 300 distinguished vintage wines from the Wine Bank or taste the Slow wines recognized in Slow Food’s new guide Slow Wine 2011.
The space will also host special events with international wine-growers and feature the gastronomic provocations of chef Davide Scabin from Combal.Zero in Rivoli, near Turin.

Bookable Events
The places available for the Salone del Gusto events (Taste Workshops, Theater of Taste, Meet the Maker and Dinner Dates) and entrance to the Slow Wine-Banca del Vino space within the Enoteca are limited, so booking is essential. Book by October 1 nd you will be sent a confirmation e-mail as proof of booking.
Cancellations will be refunded at 70% only if made by e-mail to prenotazioni@slowfood.it before August 20th. Bookings and cancellations cannot be made by telephone.
During the Salone del Gusto (October 21–25), it will be possible to book any remaining places at the Events Reception (Lingotto Fiere, Oval Pavilion). To access all the events it is necessary to have a valid entrance ticket for the Salone del Gusto.
Visitors (non-Slow Food members) with at least one pre-booked, paid event in the Salone (Taste Workshop, Theater of Taste or Meeting with the Makers): €16 (20% discount), presenting the letter of confirmation at the ticket booth at Lingotto for bookable events. The discount is not available for tickets bought online.
