At the Cocktail Bar in Pavilion 1, a team of professional barmen led by Dom Costa (Liquid, Alassio) and Tommaso Cecca (Trussardi Café, Milan) will be hosting the best bartenders from around the world—including Salvatore Calabrese, Agostino Perrone and Chris McMillian, Julio Bermejo—and holding courses on the history of mixed drinks and much, much more.
