A new look for the heart of the Salone del Gusto, where the relationship between food and place is expressed in an immediate, tangible way. Exhibitors will no longer be divided into theme lanes, but organized according to the origin and production of their foods.

The whole of Italy will be represented in Pavilions 2 and 3, while foods from the rest of the world can be explored in Pavilion 1. Large signs will indicate the home areas of the exhibitors, who will present their specialties alongside the Slow Food Presidia. Wander through the marketplace, sample the cured meats, cheeses, preserves, chocolates, spirits, pasta, fish and much more, and discover the flavors of the five continents.

The exhibitors have been selected in collaboration with Slow Food’s regional and international offices.
